Shipping

All of our products are shipped fresh, not frozen. Our products are expertly packed to avoid spillage or odors and will maintain the appropriate temperature.

- Temperature control is maintained by utilizing recyclable polystyrene containers and reusable gel-pacs.
- All orders are mailed Fedex the day after you place your order. You will receive your order 1 day after it is shipped, except for some remote areas where Fedex only offers 2 day delivery.
- We can not make deliveries on a Sunday or Monday or Holidays, but you can place an order with us 7 days a week.
- Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the USA, or to Hawaii (due to local laws about the shipment of live animals). All shipments are specially packed in ice to preserve freshness. We use a secure, encrypted web server to process your orders.
