Q. How are Fresh-Fish-Fast.com products shipped?
A. All of our products are shipped overnight via Federal Express from wherever they are harvested. Temperature control is maintained by utilizing recyclable polystyrene containers and reusable gel-pacs.

Q. I'm having my order shipped to my office. Is that safe?
A. Yes. Our products are expertly packed to avoid spillage or odors and will maintain the appropriate temperature for up to 24 hours.

Q. What are the shipping charges for Fresh-Fish-Fast.com orders?
A. The shipping fee is $25.00. All orders are mailed Fedex the day after you place your order. You will receive your order 1 day after it is shipped, except for some remote areas where Fedex only offers 2 day delivery. We can not make deliveries on a Sunday or Monday or Holidays, but you can place an order with us 7 days a week. We do not ship outside of the USA, or to Hawaii (due to local laws about the shipment of live animals). All shipments are specially packed in ice to preserve freshness. We use a secure, encrypted web server to process your orders.
